The Pedigree - Archives

by Vigilante

Details:  Vigilante has taken over for TheLightSknGame as the "seeing eye" when it comes to professional wrestling. This here is his column dedicated to America's new favorite pastime.

The Pedigree #1 - King of The Ring 2001 Results
-  Tonight, the WWF presented their 9th annual Pay-Per-View spectacular King Of The Ring. Considering the "product" that the WWF has been been trying to pass off as professional wrestling lately, not much was to be expected of this event. Since not much was expecting...the WWF certainly delivered!!!

The Pedigree #2 - Current State Of Professional Wrestling
- Whatever happened to what was once professional wrestling? Now commonly referred to as "sports entertainment," lately, it seems to have been neither. I intend to get down to the root of the problem and find out exactly why the quality of professional wrestling is on a steep decline, as well as come up with ideas as to how it can be made better.

The Pedigree #3 - WWF/WCW Invasion Recap
- Did Invasion measure up to expectations? That is the question on everyone's mind. Was it the Pay Per View that wrestling fans have always dreamed of? Were the previously-never-before-seen matches worth the $30 cost of the PPV? Those are the questions that I plan on answering in this column.

The Pedigree #4 - nWo Returns
- The Pedigree gets a new column head, as Vigilante takes on another of many columns. The man returns for his first article of the new year, with an outlook on the return of one of the greatest stables in the world of professional wrestling.

The Pedigree #5 - WWF Draft Recap
- Yet another historic night in the history of sports entertainment took place last night. On WWF Raw, Vince McMahon and Ric Flair took part in the first ever wrestling draft. This draft was to split the roster in half so that Flair would have his half of the company, and Vince would have his half.
